| When buyers drive through a neighborhood
looking at houses, they may write down fifteen or more telephone numbers
from For Sale signs. It is highly unlikely that a buyer will call all 15
phone numbers, and even if they do phone on some of them, they are unlikely
to have a clear, uncluttered picture of each home after the fact.
When buyers pass by one of your listings with a Talking
House sign out front, they can get very specific and inviting details
about the home right then and there. In your script you'll hit their emotional
hot buttons and encourage them to take immediate action . . . which they
usually do.
With a Talking House sign (particularly with two other
signs calling attention to your listings), your listings stand out and
"speak to" your buyers' hearts. You create excitement, urgency,
interest and, as a result, stimulate action. |
